It's a Small World

It’s a Small World

A Clay & Imagination Workshop for Kids

📍 Location: Mason on Mariposa (Garden Lounge)
📅 Date: January 27
⏰ Time: 10:00AM–12:00 PM

It’s a Small World is a hands-on clay workshop where children are invited to imagine, build, and bring their own tiny worlds to life.

Using soft, air-dry clay, children will create miniature landscapes, creatures, homes, or imaginary places inspired by their own stories and experiences. Through guided prompts and open-ended making, kids are encouraged to explore scale, storytelling, and spatial imagination—turning small hands into big ideas.

This workshop emphasizes:

  • Creative exploration and self-expression

  • Fine motor skill development

  • Storytelling through sculpture

  • Playful collaboration in an outdoor setting

All materials will be provided, and no prior art experience is needed. Children are welcome to take their clay creations home after the workshop.

Recommended for: Children ages 3+ (with caregivers welcome to stay nearby)
Materials: All materials provided

Come build a tiny world with us—and see how big imagination can be.
